Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation; orders placed after the daily cutoff of 12:00 PM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic delivery options typically include Standard (3–7 business days), Expedited (2–4 business days), and Express (1–2 business days); timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Shipping fees are shown at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level; free shipping thresholds, if offered, apply to the cart subtotal after discounts and before taxes and are limited to eligible regions.

If a package shows “delivered” but cannot be located, check with household members, neighbors, and building security; report within 48 hours so we can open a carrier trace—resolution may take 5–7 business days.
Visible damage at delivery should be noted with the carrier and photographed; report transit damage within 48 hours with outer box, inner packaging, and product photos so a replacement or claim can be processed.
Order changes or cancellations can be made before fulfillment begins; once a label is created or the parcel is picked up, changes require using the returns process or a redirect fee if the carrier allows.
During promotions or peak periods, processing and transit times may be extended; express services may be temporarily paused when capacity is limited to maintain service quality.
